Key elements causing corrosion on concrete and iron are air and water, therefore water insulation on buildings has importance. Izosur is used onto foundation concrete, concrete shear walls, wet areas and terraces as an exact solution. Izosur is a water insulation that is copolymer based and developed as elastomeric structure.
• Izosur must be applied on surfaces, which are cleared of foreign substances such as dust, oil, moss and contain no moving and weak parts. If there is already an asphalt-based water insulation on surface, this insulation must be removed and cleared at first.
• If surface is already painted, apply Pandora Gross Concrete Lining. Ambient temperature must be at +5 °C to +35 °C. Thin the product with 30% - 40% water for the first layer, so thinned product can be penetrated in pores.
• Apply the second and third layers every 6-12 hour, in a horizontal and vertical ways (⬌⬍), without adding any water.
• If the product will be applied on surfaces of terrace and roof, all of the parapets must be subjected to this application. It gets completely dry in 72 hours and its optimum thickness is 1-2 mm.
